Is stress keeping you stuck?

Work pressures, relationship challenges, health concerns, financial worries, leadership responsibilities, and constant change can trigger stressful patterns.
These reactions can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from ourselves.
And sometimes, what is shaping our reactions isn’t only what is happening right now. We can carry memories, beliefs and imagined scenarios with us, and they can continue to influence how we respond in the present.
When we learn to recognize and shift these patterns, we can create space for something different.
I work with Logosynthesis® as a structured model for recognizing and shifting the patterns that can leave us stuck in stress.
A different way to work with stress to experience greater freedom for meaningful action.
Many approaches to stress focus on managing what we feel or changing what is happening around us.
My work explores another possibility: identifying and shifting the mental imagery that can keep you stuck in stressful patterns, so you experience greater freedom and choice to respond to what is happening now.

Where this work can make a difference
The patterns we develop around stress can shape how we show up in the areas of life that matter most.
Working with these patterns can create greater freedom to respond, choose and act with intention.
Leadership
Navigate responsibility, relationships, change and complexity with greater freedom and clarity.
Professional practice
Explore the patterns that can influence how you work, relate and make decisions.
Personal growth
Create space to move beyond familiar reactions and discover what becomes possible.
Working with the patterns beneath stress
Stress isn’t only about what is happening around us. Memories, beliefs and imagined scenarios can also shape how we respond in the present. In Logosynthesis®, these experiences can be understood as frozen energy that may continue to carry energy and influence our reactions.
Logosynthesis® offers a structured model for identifying and shifting this mental imagery. Rather than continually trying to manage the reaction, we can explore what is activating it and create space for a different response.
This work may support you in experiencing:
- Greater calm and focus
- More freedom in how you respond
- Increased clarity and confidence
- More energy and creativity
- Greater capacity for meaningful action
- A stronger connection to what matters most
You can explore it as the following:
Release the mental imagery that triggers stress reactions.
Relieve mental, physical and emotional tension.
Access more of your natural capacity for leadership, creativity, and connection.

Why I do this work.
For many years, I believed that working harder was the answer.
Growing up on a busy dairy farm, building a career in business and leadership, and raising a family, I learned how to carry responsibility and keep moving forward. What I didn’t understand was how much energy could be consumed by patterns operating beneath the surface—patterns that influenced how I responded to pressure, challenge and change.
Discovering Logosynthesis® changed the way I understood stress and my own reactions. Instead of continually trying to manage the pressures around me, I began exploring what was being activated within me and what became possible when I shifted those patterns.
Today, I help others explore that possibility for themselves.

What becomes possible
When we have greater freedom from the patterns that have shaped our reactions, we may discover possibilities that weren’t visible before.
- Feeling more like ourselves
- Greater clarity and confidence
- Responding rather than reacting
- Seeing new possibilities
- Taking meaningful action
- Enjoying life more fully
The goal isn’t to become someone different.
It’s to have greater access to who you naturally are—and to what you’re capable of.
Ready to explore what could be different?
You don’t have to know exactly what needs to change before you begin.
